Implementation FAQ

Does RedeemOS migrate our existing data?

Yes. RedeemOS provides import templates and assists with student data migration. You provide your current data in Excel or CSV format; we handle the import. Data quality and completeness from the source file affects migration speed.

What if we don't have existing digital records?

Schools starting from paper records can use the RedeemOS import template to create student records from scratch. The template is straightforward — name, class, parent contact, date of birth. This typically takes 1–2 days for a school admin with up to 300 students.

Is training included in the subscription price?

Yes. Role-based training is included for all plans. Enterprise plans include on-site training options. Training is conducted via video call and takes 2–4 hours per role.

Can we go live partway through a term?

Yes. RedeemOS supports mid-term go-live. You can enter historical attendance and grade data for the current term after go-live, or choose to start fresh from the next term.
