Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new school gets a 21-day free trial with full core feature access and up to 100 students. No credit card required to start.
How does the student limit work?
Each plan includes a student limit. If you exceed it, additional students are billed automatically at overage rates (from $0.05/student/month). You are never blocked — only billed for the extra students.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit card, MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and bank transfer — all processed via Paystack.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20%. A Starter annual plan is $278/year instead of $348/year monthly.
Is my school's data isolated?
Yes. Every school runs on its own dedicated database. Your data never mixes with another school's data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from billing settings. No lock-in contracts. No cancellation fees.
