Every school has its own database. Your student files are never mixed with other schools.
No Ads or Data Selling
We never sell student data. We never show third-party ads on the platform.

All information is encrypted in transit and in storage using standard bank-grade security.
You Keep Full Control
You can download your entire database anytime in Excel or CSV format with zero fees.
2. Who Controls Your Data
We follow data protection laws, including the Ghana Data Protection Act and Nigeria Data Protection Act:
- Your School is the Data Owner: Your school decides what records to collect and how to use them.
- RedeemOS is the Service Provider: We only store and process your data to run your software. We never use it for our own purposes.
3. Information We Collect
We only collect details needed to run your school:
Student DetailsNames, birth dates, class grades, attendance, and optional emergency contacts added by your school.
Parent ContactsNames, phone numbers for SMS alerts, and billing receipts.
Teacher & Staff RecordsNames, email addresses, job titles, payroll setup, and clock-in logs.
School PaymentsTuition invoices and payment receipts. Note: Card details are handled directly by certified payment gateways like Paystack. We never see or store your payment PINs or card codes.
4. How We Use This Information
We use this data only to power your daily school workflows:
Creating end-of-term student report cards.
Sending fee reminder notices to parents via SMS.
Taking daily roll calls in class and hostels.
Preparing school reports for government education audits.
5. How We Keep Data Safe
We protect your school using two layers of defense:
- Private Databases: Every school runs on its own database. No other school can access your files.
- Automatic Backups: We back up your database every 24 hours to prevent data loss.
- Encrypted Traffic: All network requests use modern TLS 1.3 encryption.
6. Data Storage and Exporting
While You Are a CustomerWe keep your data active and updated as long as your plan is running.
If You Choose to Leave (90-Day Grace Period)We save your data for 90 days so you can download everything. After 90 days, we delete your database permanently.
8. Your Legal Rights
Parents, students, and staff have the right to:
View RecordsRequest a copy of personal files stored in the school system.
Fix MistakesUpdate wrong phone numbers or misspelled names easily.
Transfer DataExport report cards and records if a student changes schools.
Delete Old FilesAsk the school to delete unneeded files after graduation.
